1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediaForge ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

2. Description of Service

MediaForge provides image upload hosting via ImgBB and YouTube embed code generation. We offer a free 5-day trial followed by an optional one-time payment for lifetime access.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to upload or embed content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is a one-time fee for lifetime access. All payments are processed via PayPal. Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. MediaForge does not claim ownership over user-uploaded images or generated embeds.

6. Limitation of Liability

MediaForge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Tool, including data loss or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data to provide our service:

• Device Fingerprint: Generated from browser info (screen size, timezone, platform, language) to identify your device for trial/payment tracking.
• Profile Data: If you create a profile, we store your username and password.
• Payment Info: If you make a payment, we store your email address, payment timestamp, and currency.
• Uploaded Images: Images are uploaded to ImgBB (third-party service). We do not store images on our servers.

• To manage your trial period and payment status
• To sync your profile across devices when you log in
• To process and verify payments
• To improve and maintain the service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Your profile password is stored in Firebase Realtime Database.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies. Your session is identified by your device fingerprint stored in Firebase.

6. Children's Privacy

MediaForge is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Note that uploaded images on ImgBB are subject to ImgBB's deletion policies.

We may update this privacy policy. Changes will be reflected with the "Last Updated" date above.
